low carb chocolate flourless crepes

Ingredients
Directions
Cream Cheese, 8 oz (remove)Eggs - Jumbo Grade A Eggs - California Ranch Fresh - 1 Egg = 1 Serving (63g), 3 serving (remove)*Kirkland Pure Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp (remove)Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp (remove)Heavy Whipping Cream, 1 tbsp (remove)*Chocolate, Hershey's Unsweetened Cocoa Powder, .5 tbsp (remove)
Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender (I use a blender)
Blend until creamy
Heat griddle to 325-350, spray or butter well
Pour batter on to griddle (I pour it until about 2 inches across)
Allow to cook until up side turns from shiny to matte (It will make a difference when trying to flip)
Flip, continue cooking until firm
Serve with toppings of choice (I melt butter w/vanilla, cinnamon and splenda)
Serving Size: makes approx 24 small pancakes/crepes
