Orange Cranberry Muffins (per Super Healthy Kids )

Ingredients
1/2 cup orange juice1/2 cup low-fat milk1/4 cup canola oil1 TBL grated orange peel2 egg whitesMix wet ingredients. In separate bowl mix:1 cup white flour1 cup whole wheat flour1/3 cup sugar1 TBL baking powder1/2 tsp. salt1 cup fresh cranberries, chopped. ( or frozen thawed and chopped)
Directions
Fold wet ingredients. Scoop into prepared muffin tin. Sprinkle top of muffin with sugar. Bake at 400 for 15-25 minutes or until cooked through.
