One Minute Chia Seed Muffin

Ingredients
*Spectrum Essentials - Ground Chia Seed, 18 gram(s) *Baking powder, organic, 0.5 tsp Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 1 large Coconut Oil - Nutiva Organic Extra-Virgin Coconut Oil, 1 tbsp The original recipe called for 1/4 tea stevia powder also but I like it just fine without it. Can add sweet potato, banana, blueberries, carrots, nuts, etc
Directions

Mix all ingredients in a coffee mug.
Micorowave for one minute on high.
If using frozen berries, microwave for 1:30 on high.
Smooth on some butter and enjoy!
It will be moist at first, but as the muffin cools it goes away.
