Coke Cola Chicken

Ingredients
2 Tbsp. olive oil7 chicken breatsts, boneless and skinless1 c. onions, raw, diced1 c. green peppers, raw, diced2 Tbsp. garlic, raw, minced48 oz. Ketchup20 oz. diet coke cola2 c. steamed white rice
Directions
Brown chicken in oil until half cooked. Remove chicken and drain on paper towel. Add in next three ingrdients and saute lightly. Return chicken to pan and add half ketchup then cola. Stir to mix and add remaining ketchup and mix well. Simmer over low heat until chicken is completely cooked. Serve over hot steamed rice.
