Garlicky Lemon-Anchovy Chicken

Ingredients
1/4 c. Olive Oil5 smashed garlic cloves5 anchovies2 tbsp. capers, drained and patted dryjuice of one lemon
Directions
Preheat oven to 350
Use sautee pan that can place in the oven.

Heat olive oil in pan
add garlic, anchovies and capers
sautee until garlic is browned around the edges and anchovies are disolved
Place chicken thighs in pan and brown on one side (about 3 - 5 min).
Turn chicken over
Place pan in oven and cook until chicken is cooked through
Remove pan from oven and place on stove
Remove chicken from pan
Add lemon and cook for 1 min
Put chicken back in pan and cook for another 1 -2 min
Serve
