Indian Spiced Cauliflower Rice

Ingredients
1 head cauliflower1 tablespoon butter1 tablespoon olive oil1/2 teaspoon cumin1/4 teaspoon turmeric1/4 teaspoon ground ginger1/8 teaspoon cardamom1/8 teaspoon cinnamon1/8 teaspoon ground cloves1/2 teaspoon saltblack pepper to taste
Directions
In a large saucepan, heat butter and olive oil. When it is hot, add all the cauliflower, and stir occasionally for 5-8 minutes, or until tender.

While it cooks, season with cumin, turmeric, ginger, cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, salt and pepper.

Remove from heat and serve with your Indian dishes.
