1 cup Avocado mashed1 cup Natural Peanut Butter1/3 cup Cacao powder1/4 cup Pure Maple Syrup1 tsp vanilla extractpinch of salt1/2 cup 60% cacao choc. chipswalnuts (Optional)Coconut oil for greasing pan
Preheat oven to 325° Grease a glass 8x8 inch pan. Mix first 6 ingredients together in a food processor or blender. Toss in choc. chips and pulse a few times to mix. Mixture will be very thick. Spread out in prepared pan being sure to level mixture and push into corners.
Bake for 30 minutes. Let cool completely to room temperature before cutting.
