Zucchini, Squash & Tomato Mix

Ingredients
3c Zucchini sliced3c Summer squash sliced3c Mushrooms sliced1c Onions chopped4 Cloves of garlic chopped2c Canned Tomatos (no joice)1 tsp salt1 tsp pepperNon-fat, no calorie cooking spray(I use Kroger brand)
Directions
Coat wok (or pan) generously with cooking spray on med-low heat and add zucchini and squash. Cover, stirring often for 5-10 min. Add garlic, onions, salt and pepper. Cover stirring often for about 5 minutes. Add mushrooms and tomatoes. Cook until the firmness of vegetables is to your liking (I like my squash and zucchini firm). Sprinkle with grated parmesean.
