Buttermilk, lowfat, 1 cup Coconut Oil, 1 1tspEgg, fresh, whole, raw, 1 largeAll-Purpose Flour, Gluten-Free - Bob's Red Mill's, 1 cupOatmeal (plain), 0.25 cup dryBanana, fresh, 1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long)Granulated Sugar, .125 cupNutella, 4 tbspbaking soda, 1 teaspoonsalt, 1/4 teaspoon1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Whisk together dry ingredients in a large bowl. Combine wet ingredients (except nutella) in a small bowl. After combined, swirl in nutella. Pour 1/4 cup of batter in hot pan.
