3 boneless skinless chicken breasts1 sliced onion1 sliced green bell pepper1 can crushed tomatoes, 28 oz.2 cans diced tomatoes, 14.5 oz. each3 cloves of fresh garlic1 TBSP dried basil1 TSP black pepper1/2 TSP salt1/4 cup parmesan cheese
Preboil chicken and shred. Freeze all ingredients in two evenly filled freezer bags. Thaw overnight. Place in slow cooker for six hours. Server over pasta or rice.
