2 C rotini pasta, uncooked1/2 lb turkey sausage (or 1/4 lb ground turkey + 1/4 lb turkey sausage), cooked1 6-oz pkg fresh spinach leaves1 14.5-oz can of Italian-style diced tomatoes, undrained1/2 jar of Prego Heart Smart Traditional sauce2 C sliced fresh mushrooms1 C Kraft Shredded Mozzarella Cheese w/Touch of Philadelphia1/4 C Parmesan cheese, grated
In separate pan, bring water to a boil and add rotini.
In a large skillet,saute mushrooms. Add Italian-style tomatoes; bring to a slow boil. Add spinach and cover with lid to wilt, turning occasionally. Add ground turkey/turkey sausage and Prego sauce. Add cooked pasta to the skillet ingredients; combine. Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses. Turn off heat; cover with lid and allow cheeses to melt slightly.
