Chicken & Brown Rice Soup

Ingredients
RICE - Birds Eye steamfresh brown rice 1 cup, 1 serving Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted, 5 ounces Carrots, raw, 1 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) Celery, raw, 1 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Onions, raw, 1 small Mushrooms, fresh, 0.5 cup pieces Pease, Frozen 1.cupAlso: cooked the chicken skin in water to get the broth for this recipe. couldn't find a nutritional value for doing this.
Directions
took the chicken skin from the breasts and boiled them in about 3 cups of water. Add whatever spices you want to this recipe. I did not add salt at all - This can be done by each person.
