Ingredients
1 pound extra lean ground beef1 clove garlic, chopped1 package taco seasoning1/4 cup water1 15 oz. can diced tomatoes1 cup shredded chedder cheese4 flour tortillas1 cup shredded lettuce1/2 cup chopped onion1/4 cup chopped olive1/2 cup chopped tomato
Directions
cook ground beef with garlic. Drain and add taco seasoning and 1/4 cup of water. Drain tomatoes and add to the beef. In a 8by 8 glass pan spray with cooking spary. Lay one tortilla and then layer beef mixture cheese and tortilla. Repeat ending with cheese. Bake for 20 minutes at 375. Top with lettuce, onion, olive, and tomato and enjoy.
