3 cups oats1 cup chopped fine walnuts1 cup almond slivers1 cup sunflower unsalted seeds1 cup crasins1/2 cup dried fruit1 cup all natural peanut butter1 cup honey1 4 oz. bakers dark chocolate baking bar2 tsp vanilla bean paste

mix nuts, oats, fruit together. In glass mixing cup mix peanut butter chocolate honey and vanilla bean paste. micorowave just till chocolate melted. pour into oat mixture. quickly mix till well blended, this is tough. pat on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper, chill and cut into bars..
