Ground Turkey 1/2 lbGround Chicken 1/2 lbCabbage, 1/2 large, 1/2 in stripsLeek, 1 large, dicedWhite Onion, 1/2, dicedShallot, 1 large, dicedGarlic, 2 tbsp. diced smallCelery, 1 stalk, large cutsCarrots, 4 medium, large cutsParsley, basil, cilantro to taste, choppedJalapeno Hot sauce, 2 tspGreen Chilies,mild, 2 4 oz cansTomatoes, diced 2 8 oz cansTomatoes, stewed, 1 8 oz canTomato sauce, 1 8 oz can
Saute garlic and onions 5 minutes, add ground turkey and chicken, cook 15 minutes. Add tomatoes, chiles and carrots, cook 30 minutes. Add the rest of ingredients, cook one hour or until cabbage is soft.
