Sauteed Butternut Squash

Ingredients
2 bags (12oz) Wegmans FYFGA Just picked and quickly frozen butternut squash, diced.3.5 tbsp Shedd's Spread Country Crock.5 tbsp lard4 cloves garlic2 tbsp dried basil1 tsp onion salt
Directions
heat lard and margarine in large skillet
chop or thinly slice peeled garlic cloves
sautee cloves gently until slightly clear
add seasonings
gently toss in thawed squash
stir gently while sauteeing until hot

Serving Size: Makes 8 half cup servings
