500 grams Lean Ground Beef 2 tsp Chopped Garlic 1 - 248ml Can Tomato Soup 1 - 398ml Can of Tomato Sauce, No Salt Added (Hun'ts) 2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce 3 tbsp Sweet Red Chilli Sauce (Thai Kitchen) 1.0 tsp Ground Black Pepper 2.0 tsp Table Salt, Iodized 2 tsp Chili powder 1/2 tsp Curry powder 1 tbsp Sweet Basil 1 tbsp Oregano
1. In a large Fry/Sauce Pan brown the ground beef.
2. Drain any excess oil off.
3. Return to medium heat and add Chopped Garlic, simmer briefly.
4. Add Salt, Pepper, Chili Powder, and Curry Powder, stirring continuously.
5. Add Tomato Sauce and Tomato Soup with the amount of Water needed to rinse out cans.
6. Add Sweet Red Chili Sauce and Worcestershire Sauce, Stir.
7. Sprinkle in Sweet Basil & Oregano, Stir.
8. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally.
