1 frozen banana1 c soy milk1 c kale or spinach1/2 tbsp peanut butter1/2 tbsp chocolate syrup
Directions
1. Place all ingredients into a (powerful) blender.

2. Blend approximately 45 seconds.

3. Pour & enjoy

    Surprisingly good! I used 5 big kale leaves and if I were to do this one again I'd use maybe 4, mine had just a hint of "green" aftertaste to it. Beautiful color though, and just in time for St Patrick's Day! - 3/13/09
