Quinoa and Black bean salad

Ingredients
2 cups cooked quinoa1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil1 tsp ground cumin1 clove garlicJuice of one lime1 tsp fine sea salt1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)1 15oz can black beans1 red bell pepper1 cup green onions chopped1/3 cup chopped cilantro
Directions
Prepare the quinoa as directed. While the quinoa is cooking, whisk the olive oil, cumin, garlic, lime, salt, and cayenne together in a large bowl. Drain and rinse the black beans, then chop the veggies; cut onions and peppers about the same size and black beans. Add the cooked quinoa, beans, and veggies to the bowl and gently fold all together with the dressing. Then chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. Serve at room temperature or chilled
