1 lb ground chicken 1 tsp Mrs Dash1 carton unsalted chicken stock2 c low sodium chicken broth1 can diced fire roasted tomatoes16 oz bag frozen mixed vegetables1 can Simple Truth tri-bean blend, rinsed1 can Simple Truth garbanzo beans, rinsed1 tsp lite salt1 tsp oregano1 T Italian seasoning
Directions
Fry chicken with Mrs Dash. Add remaining ingredients and cook until vegetables are done.
