High Protein Baked Oatmeal

5 c of rolled oats5 servings of whey protein powder 4 large eggs1.5 c of unsweetened almond milk1/2 c of brown sugar1 c unsweetened applesauce1 tbsp of olive oil1 tsp salt2 tsp baking powder1 tbsp of ground cinnamon1 tbsp Vanilla extract3/4 c of raisins3/4 c of chopped pecansMix dry ingredients together in a large bowl. In another bowl beat eggs. Add applesauce and liquids to the eggs. Pour the egg mixture into the dry ingredients and mix well. Pour the entire mixture into a lightly greased casserole dish.
Baked at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Check with a toothpick at 28 minutes, it may be ready especially if you prefer a softer texture. Let it set for at least five minutes and then cut into 12 servings.
