Quick Oat Protein Pancake

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup of quick oats- 1/2 cup of egg whites- 1 tsp of cinnamon- 1 tsp all purpose unbleached flour (other flours may change consistency of pancake)- 2 tbsp of plain nonfat greek yogurt
Directions
Heat pan with cooking spray and keep on a low heat.
Whisk together oats, egg whites, cinnamon, flour, and yogurt together and pour into pan.
Let the mix cook and flip until lightly tan on each side.

Feel free to add 1 sliced banana on top with 1 tbsp syrup, 2 tbsp chocolate chips or any toppings you would like. Make sure you factor in those extra calories and macros!
