Mango Lassi

Ingredients
2 cups Mango, chopped (fresh, or frozen and thawed)2 cups Plain nonfat yogurt1/2 teaspoon Ground cardamom
Directions
Place all ingredients in a blender and puree to desired texture.

If you want a thinner texture, add a few drops of water or milk.
If it is not sweet enough for your taste, add a bit of honey.
