Ingredients
2 cups Kodiak Cake Power Protein Mix1 cup water1/4 cup butter, softened3/4 cup brown sugar1 egg3/4 cup applesauce1 tsp cinnamon
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients. Add 1/4 cup batter to cupcake liners or greased muffin tin. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes, or until the muffins are golden brown.
