Italian bread crumbs, chicken breasts, milk.
Cut the breasts into strips, trim off excess skin or fat. Soak the chicken in the milk for at least 10 minutes(the milk keeps the chicken moist when baked), coat in the bread crumbs and place on a greased baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes.
