Frittata w/buffalo and veggies

Ingredients
Buffalo meat (bison), 4 oz Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, .5 cup, chopped Asparagus, fresh, 8 spear, small (5" long or less) Spinach, fresh, .5 cupOnions, raw, .25 cup, chopped Egg Whites - (All Whites) 100% Liquid Egg Whites, 1.5 cup Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 6 large Dutchmark Smoked Gouda Cheese, 1 serving 2% milk cottage cheese Darigold, 1 cup Olive oil 1-2tsp for sautéing veggies
Directions
Sauté all veggies in sauce pan with olive oil. Mix eggs and cheese/cottage cheese and place in no stick 8x8 glass pan. Cook meat and then add it and veggies to pan. Place in oven at 400 for 30 mins or until full cooked.
