Chickpeas, 3.5 cupOlive oil, 0.5 tbspChhole curry sauce mix (Parampara brand), 4 tbspOnions, raw, 1 medium10 oz water
Directions
Saute onions in oil; add spice mix; add chickpeas and 10 oz water; stir until sauce thickens. Serve over rice if desired.
