Brussels Sprouts with Bacon

Ingredients
4 cups cleaned brussels sprouts, halved1 granny smith apple, diced3 slices center cut bacon, reserve 1 T fat2 T balsamic vinegar.5 C finally diced onion
Directions
preheat oven to 400. Cooked and crumble the bacon reserving 1 T fat. Wisk together vinegar and bacon. Add the halved sprouts, apple, and onion to the fat mixture. Pour onto baking sheet lined with parchment paper for easy clean up. Bake 30 minutes. Finish with crumbled bacon and serve.
