Bobs Red Mill Nutritious and Delicious Muffins

Ingredients
3/4 cup whole wheat flour3/4 cup Oat Bran Cereal1/2 brown sugar1 tsp baking powder1 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp baking soda1/3 cup banana (1 Medium mashed)1/2 plain yogurt1 egg2 Tbls oil1/2 tsp. vanilla1/2 cup shredded carrot1/2 chopped dates1/2 cup walnuts
Directions
Mix dry ingredients together>Mix wet ingredients in separate bowl. Combine the two mixtures and fold in the carrots, dates and walnuts.

Bake at 400 degrees
Time 18 to 20 minutes

Other dried fruit or different kinds of nuts may be added or substitued
