Oven Baked Zucchini Chips

Ingredients
1 large zucchini cut in 1/8-1/4 slices1/3 cup breadcrumbs1/4 cup reduced fat grated parmesan cheese1/4 tsp black peppersalt to taste1/8 tsp garlic powder1/8 tsp cayenne pepper3 tbsp low-fat milk
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Combine breadcrumbs, cheese, pepper, salt, garlic powder and cayenne pepper. Dip zucchini slices into milk and dredfe into breadcrumbs to coat both sides. Arrange on non-stick cookie sheet and lightly mist with cooking spray. Bake 15 min, turn over and bake until golden, approx 15 minutes. Allow to cool and store in airtight container.
