Avocado Black Bean Enchiladas

Ingredients
8 8-10" tortillas1 can black beans, drained and rinsed2 med-large avocados, diced1 med bell pepper, diced1 4oz can diced green chilis1 3/4-2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar, colby jack, mexican blend), divided12 oz green enchilada sauce/salsa verde1/2 tsp cumin1/2 tsp garlic powder1/2 tsp salthot sauce to taste.
Directions
combine all ingredients except tortillas, 1/2 the cheese and the sauce. pour half of the sauce in a 9x13 pan. divide filling equally into 8 tortillas, roll, placing seam side down in pan. top with rest of sauce and cheese. Bake 20-30 minutes.
