Taco Pie with black beans and tomatoes

1lb ground beef1 medium onion, chopped1 can black beans, drained and rinsed1 can tomatoes with green chilies1 can chopped green chilies1 package taco seasoning4 eggs2 cups milk1 cup heart smart bisquick1.5 cup shredded mexican cheese blend
Brown beef and onion drain. Add black beans, tomatoes and chopped green chilies, cook until warmed through. Stir in taco seasoning (dry).
Divide meat mixture into the bottom of 2 9" pie plates.
Combine eggs, milk and bisquick in a bowl, whisk. Pour over meat mixture in pie plates.
Bake at 400 degrees for at least 35 minutes (or until knife inserted in middle comes out clean), top with cheese and bake for another 10 minutes.
Serving Size: makes 2 pies, total of 8 servings
