1 oz raw cashews1 oz raw almonds6 dates1/4 cup frozen blueberries1 small banana (fresh or frozen)28 grs raw cocoa powder
soak nuts overnight in water
soak dates in 250mls water(seperate from nuts) overnight
in morning drain nuts and put into blender ( I use a thermomix)
add dates and their water as well as all other ingredients then blend untill smooth. Enjoy
Serving Size: makes at least 3 one cup servings
