1 lb. Ground Turkey1 cup chopped parsley1 cup minced celery5 small idaho potatoes pealed and grated2 large eggs1 cup bread crumbs1 large grated onion1 tsp. olive oil or cooking sparaysalt to taste
I like to make these patties really small. about the size of 2 small bites. The kids love them.
combine first 7 ingredients in a large bowl. Add some salt to taste. In a skillet or large pan add one tsp. of olive oil or some cooking spray. Once hot take a tblsp. of turkey mixture, make into patty shape, place in skillet and cover about 1 to 2 minutes on medium heat. Flip patties over this time do not cover. wait about another 2 minutes.
Should make about 20 patties (or less if you make them bigger)
