Chinese Rice

Ingredients
1 Cup - Vegetable Oil1 Med - Green Bell Pepper1 Bnch - Green Onions2.5 Cup - Frozen Mixed Vegetable ( Bean, Corn, Snow Peas, Carrots)1 Cup - Frozen Snow Peas 3tbsp - Soy Sauce3pc - Large Eggs3.5 Cup - Water3 Cup - Basmati Rice
Directions
Warm up the oil
Add eggs and stir (avoiding lumps)
Add mixed vegetables and snow peas
Add Green onions
Add Green Bell pepper
Add 1tsp salt
Stir until vegetables are soft
Add Water and wait till it starts boiling
Add Rice and stir every 5 minutes
When most of the water is dried up, cover and cook on low heat for 10 - 12 minutes. (Stir every 5 minutes).
