Quick - Fix Caesar Dressing

¼ cup mayonnaise (use a kind with olive oil, like Kraft or Hellmann's)½ tbsp fish sauce1 tbsp lemon juice1 ½ tbsp water1 tsp lemon zest1 clove pressed garlic¼ tsp black pepperpinch smoked paprika (optional)1 tsp grated Parmesan cheese (use the real stuff)
Directions
Whisk together all the ingredients in a small dish.
For best flavour, let rest in the refrigerator 1 hour before use.
