Ingredients
1 1/2 C Onions chopped1 1/2 C Zucchini cubed3/4 to 1C Red Pepper3/4 C Celery2 C Broccoli2T Oil2 C Meat cubed (add last)Sauce:2T Corn Starch1 tsp garlic chopped1 tsp ginger fresh1 T coconut sugar1 1/2 C broth1 T Soy sauce or coconut aminos
Directions
Saute onions in the oil (about 3 min) add vegetables and cook to desired tenderness. Combine sauce ingredients and add to vegetables cook till thickened add meat and heat through.
