Ingredients
1/2 cup frozen, unsweetened strawberries1 peeled kiwifruit1/2 cup ice cubes8 oz unsweetened vanilla almond milk2 tbsp milled flax seeds1 scoop egg white protein powder, vanilla or strawberry flavor
Directions
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Very easy and fast.
