Chocolate Yogurt

Ingredients
2% Milk5 Tbls chocolate syrup6oz plain yogurt
Directions
Bring milk to a boil.
Be careful not burn it.
Cool to room temperature.
If you scalded it a little, or if it has developed a skin, strain out solid parts.
remove a small amount of milk, and whisk yogurt into it until smooth.
Into the milk/yogurt mixture, whisk chocolate syrup until smooth.
Whisk mixture back into the rest of the milk.
Divide between jars of yogurt maker place jars in yogurt maker, and place cover on yogurt mater.
Set yogurt maker to incubate for 8-10 hours.
Do not shake or disturb yogurt for this time.
After 8-10 hours, remove jars, place lids on them, and place them in refrigerator to chill for at least 3 hours.
