Easier than Cauliflower Pizza, and just as tasty!
Ingredients:
lb lean ground turkey
1 1/2 cups Pizza Sauce
8 oz Mozzarella Cheese, shredded (Fat Free or 2%)
Any choices of toppings (green peppers, tomatoes, onions, olives, mushrooms, etc.)
Directions:
Preheat Oven to 400 degrees.
Pat ground turkey on cookie sheet. Bake for 15-18 mins. Pat paper towel on excessive fat grease off the meat. Spread pizza sauce over cooked turkey. Sprinkle your favorite toppings and sprinkle mozzeralla cheese. Bake again in oven for 15 mins till cheese melt and lightly brown.
