Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
1 1/2 Arrowhead Mills Rice Flour Baking Mix3/4 t baking powder1/4 t baking soda1/2 t salt 1c packed brown sugar1/4 unsalted butter1t vanilla1/4 c sour cream1 large egg3/4 quick-cook oats1/2 c mini chocolate chips
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Use parchment paper on cookie sheets. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. In mixer, beat brown sugar, butter and vanilla. Beat in sour cream and egg. Add Flour mixture. Stir in oats. Add Chocolate chips. Bake 12 minutes or until bottom of cookie is a little brown.
