Ingredients
4 Boneless Pork Chops, Thawed and Chopped6 Cups Shredded Cabbage and Carrots (Cole Slaw Blend)1 Med. Onion, Coarsely Chopped1 1/2 Cup Fresh Snow PeasGarlic Powder1 1/2 Tsp Curry PowderBlack Pepper1/8 Cup Soy Sauce1 Tsp Sesame Oil1 Tbsp Zero Calorie SweetenerNon-Stick Spray
Directions
Spay an over-safe dish. Layer cabbage and carrot blend, onion, snow peas, and pork chops (in that order.) Mix together all other ingredients and pour evenly over meat and vegetables in baking dish. Cover and bake at 400 F for 45 minutes, or until done.
