2 pork tenderloins (about 2 pounds)1 tablespoon vegetable oil1 can (8 ounces) pineapple chunks in juice, undrained 1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce2 cans (4 ounces each) sliced mushrooms, drained1 medium onion, thinly sliced3 tablespoons brown sugar2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce1 1/2 teaspoons white vinegarHot cooked rice
1. Cut tenderloins in half lengthwise, then crosswise into 1/4-inch-thick slices.
2. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Brown pork on all sides. Drain fat.
3. Place pork and remaining ingredients except rice in slow cooker. Cover; cook on HIGH 4 hours or on low 6 to 8 hours. serve over rice.
