Pork Dumpling no dumpling

Ingredients
2 bags cabbage and carrot coleslaw mix (20 cups)1 lb ground pork2 tbsp sesame oil1/3 cup green onions/scallionsSauce- 1/2 cup soy sauce1/2 cup rice vinegar1 tbsp minced ginger root1 tbsp minced garlic1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
Directions
Mix sauce ingredients and let sit. Saute pork in sesame oil then add the cabbage to the skillet. When cabbage is cooked down, add the scallions. After scallions have turned dark green, remove from heat and toss with the sauce.
