GF Peanut Oatmeal Protein Bar

Ingredients
Jif Natural Peanut Butter - 1 CDr. Quinn Whey-26 Protein - 3 ozMaple Syrup - 1/2 CEgg white, large - 1Egg (whole) - 1Oatmeal, Bob's Red Mill Rolled Oats, thick cut, 2 cup Great Value - Coconut - Sweetened Flakes - 1/2 C.Baking Soda - 1 tsp.
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Spray 9x13 pan.

Mix PButter, protein powder, and syrup. Beat in eggs. Stir in oats, coconut, and baking soda. Press firmly (with sprayed/gloved hand) into pan.

Bake 12 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool and cut.

Serving Size: Cut into 12 bars, 1 bar serving
