Chocolate Truffles

4oz Heavy whipping cream4 tsp Cocoa powder, premium2 tsp Coconut oil1 Tbsp Confectioners sugarSuggested toppings:cocoa powderchopped pecanscoconut flakesbacon bits
In a chilled glass bowl and using chilled beaters, beat cream until begins to thicken. Add confectioners sugar, cocoa until soft peaks form.
Using the small ice cream scoop make little balls, roll them in your preferred topping, being careful not to push down too hard on the balls so you don’t smash them.
Place each truffle in a mini cupcake cup. If you don’t have mini cupcake cups, simply place them back on the parchment paper or in a small box.
