Peanut Butter Lava Mug Cake

Ingredients
1/8 cup flour1/8 cup non-fat milk1 tbsp brown sugar2 tsp cocoa powder1 tsp coconut oil1 tsp peanut butter1/4 tsp baking powderdash salt
Directions
Mix dry ingredients in an 8-oz microwave safe mug. Add coconut oil and milk, and mix with a fork until fairly smooth. Drop peanut butter into the centre of the batter and make sure it's covered completely.

Microwave for 30 seconds. If it's not set, microwave another 5-10 seconds. Be careful not to overcook it -- it'll get rubbery.
