Paleo Banana Bread

Ingredients
4 large mashed bananas4 large eggs2 TBSP coconut oil, melted2 TBSP nut butter 1/2 cup coconut flour1 TBSP true cinnamon (ceylon not cassia)1 tsp baking soda1 tsp baking powder1 tsp vanillapinchsea salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 350F (175C). In a medium bowl mash bananas with a fork. Add coconut oil, nut butter and eggs and combine well. Add coconut flour, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder, vanilla and sea salt and combine well. Grease a silicon cake form with a small amount of coconut oil and pour in batter. Bake in preheated oven for 50 - 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Remove from oven and turn out onto a cooling rack
