1 egg1 x 200g can of Salmon – do not drain1 TBSP Coconut Flour1 Green onion (spring onion), finely chopped1 pinch of dill1 pinch of sea salt1 pinch of black pepper
Preheat oven to 400F (220C).
Whisk the egg with a fork quickly, mix in the whole can of salmon (including the water) and mix. Stir in the coconut flour, onion, salt, pepper and dill and mix well. Using heaped tablespoon of the mixture form into balls and then flatten onto a baking tray lined with grease proof paper. Bake for approx 8 mins. Turn and bake for another 8 minutes or until golden
served with steamed broccoli, avocado, mustard and mayo (included in nutritional info)
