4 Oz. ground beef chuck1 15 oz. can Del Monte Diced Tomatoes w/Green Pepper & Onion1 Can Light Red Kidney Beans1/2 cup dry macaroni1/4 cup chopped onion1 clove garlic5 tbls. chopped green pepper5 tbls. chopped red pepper2 tsp. sugar1 cup frozen sweet corn2 tsp. chili powder1 tsp. smoked paprika
Brown beef, add chopped onion, minced garlic. Add tomatoes, kidney beans, macaroni, chopped peppers, sugar, chili powder and smoked paprika. Stir well, bring to boil, turn down and cook on low for 25 minutes. The last 10 minutes add the frozen corn and peppers. You could add salt if you want.
